THIEFA
FOOTBALL IS FOR EVERYONE. THIS WORLD CUP IS NOT.
FIFA, world football’s governing body, are set to make billions while migrant workers are abused and exploited in Qatar.
Reports of poor living conditions, delayed salaries and forced labour are rife, with thousands of unexplained migrant worker deaths since Qatar's winning bid to host the World Cup.
The decision to host the world’s biggest football tournament in a state where people are not treated equally, and homosexuality is illegal, contradicts FIFA’s apparent principles of anti-discrimination, diversity, and inclusion.
As fans we will be tuning in and supporting our respective nations, but we want to stand in solidarity with those who have suffered to bring us the beautiful game.
That is why 100% of profits from the THIEFA shirt will be donated to Amnesty International to aid the fight against human rights abuses.
